Domestic Shipping

• All domestic shipping is done via Canada Post.
• All orders are insured.
• Usually delivered within two to three weeks of being ordered.
• Cost is $15.00 plus 3% of the total purchase before taxes and shipping.

US Shipping

• Ground parcel shipping is via Canada Post.
• All orders are insured.
• Usually delivered within two to three weeks of being ordered.
• Cost is $20.00 plus 3% of the total purchase.

International Orders

• Ground parcel shipping is via Canada Post.
• All orders are insured where possible
• It can take up to 8 week to receive your order depending on destination.
• Please contact us for shipping costs regarding international orders.
• International orders require that we obtain a Fax of the front and back
  of your Credit card before we can process your order.
• Also a scan of the front and back of the credit card will be accepted.
• Please insure that in either case the credit card is signed and a written authorization (including the card number hand written) is included with the scan or fax.
• We don't Accept Paypal for any International orders.

We realize this is inconvenient but a necessary procedure for all international orders.

Taxes

• All domestic shipments pay GST or HST depending on which province the order is going to.
• Only orders shipped within British Columbia are charged PST.
• USA and International customers pay no Canadian taxes but are responsible for any import taxes, duties or tariffs.

Lost or Missing Parcels

Once GCM is informed of a possible lost or missing parcel a trace is started with Canada Post as soon as the maximum time for delivery has expired.

Once the trace has started it can take up to 30 business days for Canada Post to declare the parcel lost and the insurance claim issued to us.
